The Search function is a feature that is often overlooked when choosing what School Management System to work with, and the reason is that in most cases “search” functions tend to be quite useless, in that they are often something that is just included in the package. Search Function depending on the entity

With Intrinsiq, your different users can have different search functions (i.e. Agents, Students, Invoices, etc.). It is important to think about the lowest entity you wish to include in your results. For example if you want users to be able to search for both Student Course data and Student data, then you should start your search at Student Courses because the Courses belong to the Student. If you want both Payments and Invoice details, you start at Payments because the Payments belong to the Invoice.

Next, add your filters

Once you’ve determined the search entities, you can continue to customize your search function by adding filters to it. In the Filter Criteria panel, you can choose how to filter your data. For example if you wish to find Students on course, you can apply the filters for that. With Intrinsiq, you can combine as many filter criteria as you require.
